Neptune Township is promising this moretorium for 2009: They won't use Eminent Domain to give your property to a private developer "so long as your property is not in a redevelopment zone."
The fact that they can't give your property to a developer unless you are in such a zone in the first place seems to have completely escaped Neptune's "Useful Idiots" over at the Asbury Park Press. Read here.
Hey Neptune: I'm instituting a complete ban on driving at all times unless you're in a car.
