I don't see what Obama's beef is. Hitler was "fair and balanced", too. So what if Fox News distorts truth? Lots of people distort truth: Barry Bonds, OJ, Phil Spector, Elizabeth Hasselbeck, Sarah Palin, Larry Craig, David Vitter, John Ensign. I don't see anyone going to war with those guys. If Fox News wants to blame the California wildfires on al-Qaeda, I don't see anything wrong with that. And as far as scaring old people that Obama with kill them all, Halloween IS this weekend...seems appropriate, no?

I must admit, that was kind of funny. I've seen it before, the same video with different subtitles. But I am tired of Hitler and the Nazis. I am tired of comparing your political opponents to Nazis. I am tired of people using their free-speech rights to call people they disagree with Nazis. It's wrong when Pelosi does it, it's wrong when we do it. Democrats are not Nazis. They don't want to round up conservatives and put them into death camps. They just want to control every aspect of people's lives with heavy-handed government programs. Conservatives are not Nazis. They do not want to round up poor people and minorities and put them into death camps. They just believe that people free from government interference will be able to pull themselves out of poverty better than a government program designed to keep them in poverty will. Welfare has no incentive to get out of it. Even the social stigma is fading. Many of the programs designed to help people really are a way to control how people vote. Look at Medicare or Social Security. Both parties have, over the years, effectively used these programs as a way to get votes by declaring that the other side wants to do away with them. When you give someone something they don't sacrifice for, i.e. 'free' for them, and then tell them that if they don't vote for you, their means of support will dry up, of course they are going to vote for you. And I am just tired of it all. But especially the Nazis. Let the Nazis be buried in the ashes of history and not exhume them next time we want to criticize our political opponents.
