For all their blustering promises to end the war during the campaign, all the Democrats have decided to deliver is a "non-binding" resolution opposing the troop surge. Gee, what strength - passing a resolution that doesn't count. Why not send a Hallmark Card?
It appears they can't even get that done. The Washington Times reports that the Republicans blocked bringing the Resolution to the floor for a vote.
Now who will Cindy Sheehan blame?
